My cow life

As some of you might have noticed, there is a new category named “my cow life”.

Here is a story between a cow and a horse. Read this from a book by Merry Riana (she is my heroine!) I will mention about her when I finish the book in the book review post soon.

The life of a cow is hard. A cow has to pull burden, get milked, bred to bear calves. For all its efforts, a cow only has grass to eat and wait to be slaughter at the end of its life.

A horse is an animal that also works hard in life. A good horse is trained to race, given a stable to stay and nice horse-shoe and eats high quality horse food. He will eventually has the chance to win championships and receive recognition for its hard work.

Now the fun part.

We were all born as a cow. We were educated to think like a cow rather than a horse. We look for good job, good pay and good benefits. We subconsciously do what the majority do. We work hard 9-5.

We are being “milked” by employers. (over-worked! OT without pay)

We are only given “grass” to eat. (underpaid)

We wait to get “slaughtered”. (downsize, oops employers call it rightsizing.)

An entrepreneur is like a horse. They work for themselves. They will do anything to achieve big. They are people whose efforts will be recognized.

there are different types of cows, you see
dairy cows are bred for the milk
and dairy cows don’t pull burden.
They can’t because in heavy lactation period..
the ligaments might not be able to withstand the increase load of the mammary gland..
:P *no offence

*offense

so u see a dairy cow do not wait to be slaughtered.
they’re bred for different reasons.
the same with horses
not all horses are meant to go to championship etc
if entrepreneur is like a horse. does that mean only those from the pedigree families are meant for success?

Yeng-the future VET …ok u make some good points there.

My response? Try to enjoy a story and don’t think too much. My pea size brain cannot take in so many stuff…and I moo also.

from the looks of ur blog..
ur so-called pea size brain is small…(relative to the sun huh?)
